Role description
This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Payable Assistant role based in Gloucester, UK. The role will be responsible for:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Resolving invoice and payment discrepancies
- Maintaining up-to-date accounts payable records

Skills and experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in Norwegian
- Strong numerical and analytical skills and high level of accuracy to enable accurate processing and reconciliation of payables, identification of discrepancies, and support continuous process improvement
- Experience of invoice matching, coding, and vendor statement reconciliation, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- High level of organizational skills to be able to prioritize workload and ensure strict deadlines are met
- Effective communication skills to enable collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems, ideally Business Central
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
