Role Overview
RIXO is seeking a detail-oriented Stock AP Assistant to join our finance team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of purchase stock invoices, maintaining supplier records, and supporting the overall Accounts Payable function. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Check and match stock invoices against purchase orders, raising queries for discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Reconcile stock supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage the relationship between RIXO and our Stock Suppliers, alongside our Product Development Lead.
- Assist the management accountant in month-end closing activities, including stock & accrued purchases reconciliations.
- Support the Head of Finance and Management Accountant with ad-hoc projects and reporting as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Finance processes and procedures.
- Assist in processing monthly payroll data for Retail stores, overtime & commissions.

About You
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or Accounts Assistant role.
- Proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A positive and flexible attitude towards work.
- A process improvement mindset, with the ability to identify & resolve inefficiencies

- Previous experience with Netsuite ERP and working in a stock-based business is a plus, but not required.
