About Rixo

A rail of vintage dresses. A London flat. Two best friends who wanted to build the brand they couldn't find. That was 2015. Today, RIXO is six stores across London, New York, and Ireland, known for original hand-painted prints, bias-cut silhouettes, and sizing up to a UK 26. We design for every woman, every occasion, every body. The pieces are meant to be worn, loved, and kept.

Role Overview

RIXO is seeking a detail-oriented Stock AP Assistant to join our finance team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of purchase stock invoices, maintaining supplier records, and supporting the overall Accounts Payable function. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and match stock invoices against purchase orders, raising queries for discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile stock supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Manage the relationship between RIXO and our Stock Suppliers, alongside our Product Development Lead.
  • Assist the management accountant in month-end closing activities, including stock & accrued purchases reconciliations.
  • Support the Head of Finance and Management Accountant with ad-hoc projects and reporting as required.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Finance processes and procedures.
  • Assist in processing monthly payroll data for Retail stores, overtime & commissions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
