Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and obtain the appropriate approvals.
• Prepare supplier payment runs in accordance with company procedures.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries.
• Set up and maintain supplier accounts and banking details.
• Respond promptly to supplier and internal stakeholder enquiries.
• Process employee expense claims and corporate credit card transactions.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Support process improvement initiatives across the accounts payable function.
• Assist the wider finance team with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks where required.
