Accounts Payable Clerk – Fixed-Term (6 Months)
Location: Glasgow Working Arrangement: Flexible hybrid Duration: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term basis

The Role
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role requires high attention to detail and the ability to process accounts payable transactions efficiently. The successful candidate will:
- Set up new supplier requests (without queries) within 48 hours of receipt
- Process invoices and expenses within 48 hours of receipt
- Respond to emails received in the Accounts Payable email box with an initial reply within 48 hours
- Email invoices with buyer holds to the relevant buyer within 48 hours and follow the escalation process
- Match invoices with valid Purchase Orders

About The Person
We’re looking for someone who:
- Can work independently with strong attention to detail
- Has experience with Microsoft Teams and accounting systems
- Demonstrates good time management and consistently meets deadlines
- Is approachable and capable of engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
