Accounts Payable Clerk
Accounts Payable Clerk – Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role
We are now looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk in our Finance team based in Glasgow, offering flexible hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your daily tasks will include:
- Setting up new supplier requests (without queries) within 48 hours of receipt
- Processing invoices/expenses within 48 hours of receipt
- Responding to emails in the Accounts Payable inbox with an initial reply within 48 hours
- Forwarding invoices with buyer holds to the buyer within 48 hours of processing, followed by any necessary escalation
- Ensuring matching of invoices to valid purchase orders
