Accounts Payable Operations Manager
The Role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead a team through the high-volume demands of a business that serves over 8 million customers worldwide.
Based at our Head Office, you will oversee the accurate processing of invoices and payment runs, managing supplier payments exceeding £1bn per annum. This is a role for someone who enjoys working at pace and can adapt quickly to changing business needs.
You will be responsible for:

Leading and developing a team of 20 across the UK and India, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.

Managing global impact, supporting our Retail, Online, Total Platform, and International businesses.

Driving innovation by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reinvent how we work.

Partnering with stakeholders to support the onboarding and management of high-profile brands.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a proactive professional who leads with integrity and possesses the initiative to make informed decisions under pressure. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven leadership experience within a large-scale operational environment
