The Opportunity
An established London-based organisation with a head office in London is looking to appoint a permanent Accounts Payable Assistant to join its centralised finance team. This is a great opportunity to join a professional, fast-paced environment supporting multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end processing of high-volume supplier invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies
- Managing supplier queries via phone and email
- Supporting weekly payment runs and ensuring approvals are in place
- Assisting with month-end close for Accounts Payable
- Maintaining accurate and organised financial records

About You
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Assistant role
- Confident handling high-volume invoice processing and reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Experience with accounting systems
- Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Reliable and committed to a full-time, office-based role
