What you'll do

  • Accurately process, verify, and reconcile invoices related to goods and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with both Nextshore and client teams to ensure streamlined financial operations.
  • Implement and adapt to new accounting software and technologies to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Assist in financial reporting and support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience in US-based accounting roles, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in major accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management capabilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with property management software (e.g., Entrata) is highly desirable.
