Morgan McKinley Northern Home Counties are proud to be supporting a well-established business based in Milton Keynes in their search for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to take the next step in their career or for an established AP Supervisor seeking a new challenge within a growing organisation.
The Role:
As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the Accounts Payable function while managing and supporting a small team. You'll play a key role in ensuring supplier payments are processed accurately and on time, maintaining strong controls and continuously looking for ways to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a small Accounts Payable team.
- Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process.
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Manage supplier statement reconciliations and resolve any queries.
- Support month-end close activities relating to Accounts Payable.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching where required.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
About You:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Supervisor or Senior Accounts Payable position.
- Experience managing or mentoring a small finance team.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using NetSuite would be highly advantageous, although this is not essential.

What's on Offer:
- Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
- Permanent opportunity (temp-to-perm will also be considered)
