Accounts Payable Supervisor | Retail Business | London / Hybrid

Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a growing retail business in their search for an Accounts Payable Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional who enjoys leading a small team and taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the AP function.

The Client

Our client is a well-established retail business with a strong reputation in their market. They offer a collaborative and supportive working environment and are looking for someone who is organised, hands-on, and passionate about delivering a smooth and efficient Accounts Payable process.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day Accounts Payable function whilst managing a team of two.

This is a hands-on role, with a particular focus on ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and payment runs are completed on time. You'll work closely with the wider finance team to maintain strong supplier relationships, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure the AP function operates smoothly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
