Pay: Competitive Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 9:00am until 5:30pm Location: Leeds (Option to work at home Wednesday and Friday)

Since we were founded in 2016, DUSK has been bringing adorable luxury homeware to the UK, making beautifully curated homeware accessible to all through offering the best prices, quality, and service.
We are a rapidly growing, fast-paced business, and pride ourselves on offering our customers the highest standard of products and service. In the year to March 2026, we delivered revenue of £195 million, a 28% increase on the previous year.
To support our explosive growth, we are increasing the size of our Finance team. DUSK has a wealth of growth opportunities, and the key focus of this role will be to manage the Accounts Payable function of the business, with two direct reports.

This is a varied, fast-paced, and rewarding role in a vibrant and fun environment. It would ideally suit someone with experience of managing an Accounts Payable function in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the accounts payable function, including:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Preparing payment runs in both GBP and USD
- Reconciling accounts
- Managing major supplier accounts to ensure:
- All queries are dealt with promptly
- Invoices are processed efficiently
- Developing systems and procedures to increase efficiency, data quality, and timeliness
- Ensuring appropriate training and development of two direct reports
- Conducting ad hoc analysis to aid business decision-making
- Supporting all aspects of Finance as part of our expansion

Requirements
Consideration for this vacancy will require:
- Experience of accounts payable processes and management
- The ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Oracle NetSuite (preferable but not required)
- Experience working with foreign currencies (preferable but not required)
