Provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the organisation, contribute to ensuring our supply chain are paid to terms through processing, verifying and reconciling invoices received into the company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Process any paper based invoice exceptions manually, ensuring compliance to processes and procedures (FOD, Tranman, Insphire, PIMS)
- Ensure BBI & Homes suppliers adhere to electronic invoice processes where they are onboarded
- Download, format and upload Asset & Technology Services invoices daily from FOD, Tranman and Insphire.
- Reconcile uploads in Oracle R12 vs downloads daily from FOD, Tranman and Insphire ensuring any discrepancies are logged/understood
- Ensure upload errors are logged daily, work with relevant stakeholders to resolve and upload into Oracle R12. Ensure accurate reporting of invoices not on system
- Review unmatched report in APEX daily and ensure any upload errors in Oracle R12 are resolved and invoices are validated for payment
- Resolve relevant invoice holds (under AP ownership) which are a result of webADI uploads working with relevant stakeholders to resolve and validate invoices for payment
- Deal with e-mail queries from internal stakeholders and external suppliers through BMC & outlook
- Answer live chat queries from internal stakeholders
- Support other team areas as required
- Attend supplier calls to support aged debt activity/continuous improvement activities, supporting supplier engagement team where requested
- Be involved in MyC projects to drive improvements with data quality and accuracy within team, department and company

Who We're Looking For
- Meticulous and accurate with impeccable attention to detail
- Able to challenge in the right manner and ensure business compliance and rules are applied consistently
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced and changing environment
- Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi task due to high volumes of work and tight deadlines
- A confident communicator with a good telephone manner, able to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Able to work independently, in team context
- Ability to understand/work with various online IT systems including Microsoft Office suite
