Why This Role Exists
As BizClik expands internationally across media, events, partnerships, and commercial operations, ensuring accurate customer documentation, timely collections, and efficient contract administration becomes increasingly crucial.
Reporting to the Credit & Contracts Manager, the Accounts Receivable Administrator provides administrative support in:
- Customer contracts & Statements of Work (SoWs)
- Collections activity
- Customer onboarding
- Finance and CRM systems administration
Core Objectives
The role supports: ✔ Accurate customer records & contracts ✔ Timely collections & account management ✔ Efficient operational processes ✔ Smooth customer onboarding ✔ Support for the Accounts Receivable team
Key Responsibilities
Statements of Work Administration
- Generate SoWs using approved templates
- Issue SoWs via DocuSign to customers
- Track signature progress and follow up on outstanding docs
- Escalate delays to Sales Reps & Credit & Contracts Manager
- Maintain records of issued SoWs & signature status

Collections Administration
- Send routine collections communications (invoice reminders, statements)
- Prepare and issue statements of account
- Maintain collections trackers & account notes
- Escalate overdue accounts to the Credit & Finance Executive
- Assist in credit control & collections follow-up
Systems & Data Management
- Update Salesforce with customer details (contact info, publication dates, contracts)
- Add new products/services in QuickBooks
- Ensure data accuracy & reporting integrity
- Support business systems for CRM & financial processes
Inbox & Customer Administration
- Monitor & manage the shared finance inbox
- Allocate & prioritise customer queries
- Respond to routine enquiries professionally
- Escalate issues internally
Customer Onboarding Support
- Execute onboarding administration tasks
- Track & collect outstanding onboarding docs
- Support account setup processes
General Team Support
- Maintain trackers, records & filing systems
- Assist with template updates & process improvements
- Provide ad hoc admin support to the AR team

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous administration experience (preferably in finance or B2B environments)
- Strong time management & organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail (critical for accuracy)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Customer-centric mindset with professional demeanour
Desirable
- Experience in:
- Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance Admin roles
- CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Finance software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Document management tools (e.g., DocuSign)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced commercial environment
