About the Role
Join JLL’s dynamic Property & Asset Management team in our Norwich city-centre office as a Collections Analyst. Key Responsibilities
As a Collections Analyst, you’d play a vital role in driving the Accounts Receivable (AR) function forward. Your core activities include:

Collections Management:
- Proactively manage and collect outstanding charges from occupiers using professional telephone skills
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships from a collections perspective

Stakeholder Relations:
- Own occupier interactions related to collections and uphold strategic partnerships across designated portfolios

Performance Monitoring:
- Track payment activities, prioritise high-risk accounts, and propose strategic recovery actions
- Maintain rigorous oversight and paperwork to ensure compliance

Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare accurate arrears reports, management information, and insightful commentary
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on metrics and status updates

Cash Management:
- Collaborate with treasury and AR teams to meet financial targets
- Ensure systematic reconciliation to minimise unallocated cash

Process Improvement:
- Support change initiatives that enhance occupier experience and internal workflows

Specialised Functions:
- Lead collections strategy meetings with stakeholders
- Coordinate enforcement actions and legal consultations when required
- Conduct complex account reconciliations to guarantee accuracy
- Maintain alignment with ISAE audited processes and best practice compliance
Requirements
Essential:
- GCSE level education (including Mathematics and English) or equivalent
- Basic accounting knowledge with an understanding of key financial principles
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced functions preferred)
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and apply strong organisational discipline
- Minimum attention to detail required for financial accuracy
Preferred:
- Prior experience in property service charges or collections/accounts receivable
- Knowledge of commercial property management principles
- Familiarity with debt recovery, enforcement, or related legislative frameworks
