Interim Accounts Receivable Assistant

Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)
Day Rate: £175-£200 per day umbrella
Duration: 3 months

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a London-based organisation on an interim basis, providing essential cover for a period of approximately three months.

This is a hands-on AR role, supporting the wider finance team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day accounts receivable activities. The successful candidate will be a reliable and organised finance professional who can quickly get up to speed and provide a safe pair of hands during this period.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and clearing the Accounts Receivable inbox
  • Raising and issuing customer invoices
  • Handling purchase order (PO) queries and resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting accurate and timely processing of AR transactions
  • Responding to customer queries and ensuring records are maintained accurately

Experience required:

  • 2-3 years' experience within an Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger role
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Dynamics (essential)
  • Confident managing a busy AR workload with minimal supervision
  • Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Able to quickly integrate into an established finance team
