Accounts Receivable Assistant
The Accounts Receivable Assistant role focuses on managing client accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, and handling payments within the accounting and finance department. Description
- Generate and issue accurate client invoices in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure prompt payments.
- Reconcile customer payments with outstanding invoices.
- Respond to client queries regarding billing and payment issues.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records.
- Assist with month-end reporting and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable Assistant should have:
- Experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
- Knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
