Callaway Golf Europe is excited to offer a fantastic new opportunity to join our Finance team as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator based in Chessington.
Work Arrangement:
- This position offers a flexible working environment, with a mix of home-based work and office days at our Chessington head office (minimum 3 days per week), in alignment with the team.
Role Details:
- Full-time, permanent basis
- Competitive salary of up to £34,000.00 per annum depending on experience

About the Role
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring customer accounts are managed accurately and efficiently. Working as part of a busy Finance team, you will help maintain strong cash flow through timely collections, account reconciliations and query resolution, while delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing direct debit collections and customer account reconciliations
- Resolving account queries, processing credits, debits and account adjustments
- Maintaining customer master data and opening new accounts within SAP
- Producing reports, customer statements and supporting month-end activities
- Providing administrative support across the wider Accounts Receivable function

About You
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be an organised and detail-oriented finance professional with experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit environment. You'll be confident working with financial data and systems, have strong analytical skills, and enjoy building positive relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
Essential:
- Demonstratable experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit environment
- AAT qualified or actively working towards a relevant qualification
- Strong numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system
