What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of accounts receivable experience required.
- Strong Microsoft skills required, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
- Experience with any of the following systems a plus:
- D365
- BACS Payment services
- COUPA/SAP customer-based systems
- SWIFT (internal system)
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, as this role will require interaction with our customers, hauliers, and depots etc.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations and changing workloads.
- Willingness to sometimes work flexible hours or days.
- Ability to demonstrate a robust work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills – must be comfortable working within a team environment.
- Must be at a commutable distance (within 50 miles) to the Rainham office.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United Kingdom. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
