Following a £3.85 million investment from IW Capital in 2026, we're entering an exciting new phase of growth, making this an exceptional opportunity to join a business with genuine momentum and ambitious plans for the future.
About the Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Accounts Receivable & Finance Executive to become the first dedicated Accounts Receivable hire within our growing finance team. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the complete invoicing process—from Monday.com through to Xero—ensuring invoices are accurate, payments are collected promptly, and client relationships remain strong.
This is far more than a traditional finance administration role. You'll become the finance team's primary point of contact for clients and data partners while supporting month-end reporting, VAT compliance, financial controls, and process improvements. If you enjoy taking ownership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to play a key role in building a finance function from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
