Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 per year
Role Overview
We are hiring for a Revenue & Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure timely collections for one of our clients. This role involves:
- Managing accounts receivable processes
- Reconciling discrepancies
- Optimising revenue recognition
- Collaborating across cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement accounts receivable policies and procedures, improving invoicing and collections efficiency
- Monitor aging reports, address overdue accounts proactively to minimise revenue loss
- Coordinate with sales, client success, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance cash flow
- Ensure compliance with GAAP revenue recognition standards and maintain accurate financial records
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting or accounts receivable management
- Proficiency in ERP systems, excel with strong NetSuite experience (or comparable platform)
- Expertise in GAAP revenue recognition standards and financial reporting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders
