Accounts Receivable Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 per year

Role Overview

We are hiring for a Revenue & Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure timely collections for one of our clients. This role involves:

  • Managing accounts receivable processes
  • Reconciling discrepancies
  • Optimising revenue recognition
  • Collaborating across cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement accounts receivable policies and procedures, improving invoicing and collections efficiency
  • Monitor aging reports, address overdue accounts proactively to minimise revenue loss
  • Coordinate with sales, client success, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance cash flow
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP revenue recognition standards and maintain accurate financial records
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting or accounts receivable management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, excel with strong NetSuite experience (or comparable platform)
  • Expertise in GAAP revenue recognition standards and financial reporting
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders
