Role: Accounts Receivable Manager (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Full-Time
Payout: $130K - $180K/yr
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Revenue & Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure timely collections. The role involves managing accounts receivable processes, reconciling discrepancies, and optimizing revenue recognition. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be required to maintain accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement accounts receivable policies and procedures to streamline invoicing and collections.
- Monitor aging reports and proactively address overdue accounts to minimize revenue loss.
- Coordinate with sales, client success, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and maintain accurate financial records.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting or accounts receivable management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite or comparable platforms.
- Experience with GAAP revenue recognition standards and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
