Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $130K – $180K/year
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Revenue & Accounts Receivable Manager to manage financial operations and ensure efficient collection processes. The role includes overseeing accounts receivable, resolving discrepancies, and optimising revenue recognition, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce accounts receivable policies and procedures for smoother invoicing and cash collections.
- Analyze ageing reports and take proactive steps to manage overdue accounts, reducing revenue loss.
- Work with sales, client success, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance cash flow performance.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP revenue recognition standards and maintain precise financial records.
- Compile and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal decision-makers.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting or accounts receivable management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, notably NetSuite (or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
