Accounts Receivable Specialist

London | Hybrid Working (2 days office / 3 days home) | £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits

I am partnering with a growing business that is looking to appoint an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with financial data, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring smooth operations within a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing customer billing activities and ensuring invoices are issued accurately and on time
  • Managing outstanding balances and liaising with customers to secure timely payments
  • Investigating and resolving account queries, payment allocations, and reconciliation issues
  • Supporting revenue-related processes within the company's ERP platform
  • Maintaining and enhancing the accuracy of customer and financial records across internal systems
  • Producing regular reporting and assisting with process optimisation initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen financial controls

What skills will you bring?

  • At least 2 years experience within an Accounts Receivable role
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as Netsuite, Dynamics, SAP
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
