Accounts Receivable Specialist (Financial Services)
We are looking for someone with Accounts Receivable expertise who has experience automating AR processes in Salesforce. This will be a position that will take on current manual processes and have the opportunity to automate the process front to take.
You will be initially responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the wider finance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys working collaboratively across multiple teams, and has demonstrable experience of automating an AR process in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate the AR process in Salesforce.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to support efficient payment and automation processes.
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment allocation, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment collection and proactively follow up on overdue balances.
- Investigate and resolve billing queries, payment discrepancies, and account issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure data integrity within the finance system.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and support month-end close activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to resolve customer account issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial procedures.

Requirements
- Previous experience working within a SaaS business or similarly structured environment is essential.
- Previous experience in automating an AR process/AR processes in Salesforce.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies independently.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
