Accounts Receivable Team Lead
Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Location: Winnersh (RG41 5TP) (Hybrid) Salary: £40,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Standardizing 3rd party invoicing and intercompany (IC) processes
- Onboarding new customers and managing credit controls
- Supporting sales invoice generation and creating project codes for efficient operations
- Reconciling customer accounts and assisting with month-end activities
- Assuming full ownership of the entire debtor’s ledger, including accrued and deferred income
- Handling FX revaluations and intercompany/balance sheet reconciliations
- Implementing a structured dunning letter process to improve collections and communication with debtors
- Managing accrued income and day-to-day cash flow operations, with preparation of short-term cash flow reports
- Reporting on operational KPIs and overseeing the accounts mailbox and phone line
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar financial systems

Requirements
- AAT Level 4 qualification
- Proven experience in sales ledger management and credit control
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Adaptable communication skills for varied audiences
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Experience in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
