The Role
In this role, you won’t just be crunching numbers – you will be navigating the technical landscape for a diverse portfolio, from owner-managed businesses. You will:
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements and tax computations for a varied client base, including companies, LLPs, and sole traders.
- Support the growth of the next generation by coaching and supervising trainees.
- Work closely with our tax and audit specialists to provide seamless service.
- Act as a go-to contact for client queries, VAT returns, and statutory filings.
- Manage your workload proactively, ensuring work is accurate, cost-effective, and delivered to high professional standards.

What We Are Looking For
- Several years of experience within an accountancy practice.
- You are ACA/ACCA or AAT qualified (or part-qualified). We also highly value those who are qualified by experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with IRIS, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or specialised tools like Farmplan is a distinct advantage.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
