We are seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join a professional services firm within the Accounting & Finance department. This role is based in Bristol and involves managing financial accounts and providing expert support to clients.

Description
Manage and prepare financial accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documents. Provide financial advice and support to clients in line with industry best practices. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting processes and reports. Collaborate with team members to meet client expectations and deadlines. Support the implementation of process improvements within the Accounting & Finance department. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements in the professional services industry. Assist in mentoring and guiding junior members of the team.

Profile
A Successful Accounts Senior Should Have
Professional accounting qualifications or equivalent education in Accounting & Finance. Proficiency in using accounting software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting. Experience in managing client accounts within the professional services industry. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Job Offer
Salary range: £39,000 - £40,000 per annum. Excellent commission scheme to reward your performance. Company pension for your future financial security. Strong focus on personal development and career progression. Parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
