Accounts Supervisor | Ross-on-Wye | c£35,000
Join Igne Group and help shape a growing centralised Finance function.
We're looking for an experienced Accounts Supervisor to lead our transactional finance activities and support the development of a high-performing Accounts Payable and Banking team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and ambitious organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Accounts Payable and Banking team
- Oversee day-to-day transactional finance activities
- Ensure accurate processing of payments, invoicing, receipts and banking transactions
- Manage reconciliations, controls and compliance processes
- Produce KPI reporting and support month-end activities
- Drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a finance supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and Banking
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions focused approach
- AAT qualification and construction/engineering sector experience desirable
