Come and Join the Amazon Career Change Program (ACCP)
Ready to pivot into a new career at Amazon? The ACCP is a hiring initiative spread across multiple countries (UK, Germany, Luxembourg) that welcomes candidates from three different streams:
- Ex-military/police: You've served in the armed forces or police and are looking to transition your leadership, discipline, and operational skills into a corporate environment.
- Ex-professional athletes: You are a former professional athlete bringing resilience, goal orientation, and teamwork into a new career path.
- Career Returners: You're a professional with previous corporate experience returning to work after a career break of at least 18 months.
You'll join a 12-month Fixed Term Contract in a business-as-usual role within our Consumer Business. Typical positions include:
- Account Management
- Vendor Management
- Business Development
- Product Management
- Program Management

- Technical products
- This applies even to candidates with experience in people management and 10+ years of direct industry experience.
- Individual Contributors own and drive the growth of:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or analytical discipline
- Experience leading multi-functional teams and developing people managers in a data-driven environment
- Experience in retail or digital content including:
- Vendor management
- Product management
- Operations management
- Experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, business development, or:
- As a business leader with P&L responsibilities
- In product management in an international environment
