Salary: £23,187.84 to £24,153.75 per Annum

Contract: Part-time, Permanent

Role Overview

As an Accuracy Checking Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and safety of healthcare products before they reach our clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help maintain the high standards that Healthnet Homecare is known for. This is a part-time, permanent position, ideal for someone who values precision and wants to contribute to a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed accuracy checks on healthcare and nursing supplies to verify correct labelling, packaging, and documentation.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or defects promptly, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  • Maintain accurate records of all checks performed in accordance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy, nursing, and social care teams to support seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere strictly to Healthnet Homecare’s health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of checking processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in accuracy checking, quality assurance, or a related role within health, nursing, or social care sectors is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to report findings clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
