Role Description
The ACH160 & H145 Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned helicopter flights, ensuring full compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This is a full-time position for an NCC Operation based in the Oxford/Blackbushe area.

Qualifications

- Strong helicopter command skills, including experience operating ACH160 and/or H145 aircraft, with a solid record of safe flying and sound judgment.
- Thorough knowledge of aviation regulations, operational procedures, flight planning, and airspace rules within the UK and international environments.
- Proficiency in crew resource management, cockpit communication, and coordination with ground, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
- Ability to interpret weather, performance, and navigation data, and to make timely operational decisions in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach to VIP and corporate client service.
- Current UK, EASA or FAA commercial or airline transport pilot licence with relevant helicopter SP privileges, valid medical certificate, and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Experience in charter, corporate, or VIP operations with a minimum of 2000 hours Total Time, with 1500 hours Turbine and 750 hours Twin Turbine. Previous experience with offshore and deck landings highly preferable.
- Commitment to safety culture, continuous training, and adherence to company policies and quality standards.
