What You’ll Be Doing
In this exciting role, you will:
- Report directly to the Category Manager, collaborating closely with the Brand Buying team.
- Analyse customer data to recommend sourcing strategies that align with our global brand vision.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance our product offerings and set Boots apart from competitors.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best products at competitive prices.
- Contribute to high-profile projects that shape our product range and customer experience.

What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)
- Experience in sourcing, buying, or supplier management within FMCG or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A collaborative spirit and a friendly personality that thrives in a team environment.
- A passion for health and beauty products and a desire to make a difference for our customers.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in data analysis to support decision-making.
- A proactive approach to identifying market trends and opportunities.
