Candidate Requirements:
-
1 - 2 years’ experience as an Acoustic Consultant with a relevant degree/diploma in acoustics;
-
or
-
a recent graduate with a relevant degree/diploma in acoustics or related Science / Engineering degree;
-
A full driving license valid in the UK and (preferably) access to a vehicle;
-
Be prepared to occasionally work outside of normal office hours.
Any knowledge of appropriate acoustic standards and any modelling software would be beneficial but is not a requirement for the role. Furthermore, if the applicant is already associated with the Institute of Acoustics either as a Technician or Associate member, this would be beneficial but is also not a requirement.
