Senior AdTech & Marketing Measurement Product Manager

Key Responsibilities
You’ll own work that gives us our competitive edge, including:
- Roadmapping: Define a sequenced, outcome-driven roadmap across:
- Tracking, attribution, and conversion signals
- Cross-channel reporting Aligned with commercial priorities for Paid Search, Paid Social, Mobile App Marketing, Affiliate, Display, and Programmatic Ads
- Delivery Leadership: Collaborate with the Marketing Data & Tracking Lead to:
- Establish efficient delivery cadence
- Remove ambiguity and ensure the team builds the highest-value things at all times
- Backlog & Prioritisation: Maintain a transparent, single backlog; include:
- Writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Making trade-off calls between quick wins and long-term investments
- Implementation Oversight: Monitor:
- Live tracking feeds, attribution, and conversion pipelines
- Dashboards for health, adoption, and accuracy
- Engineering integration to catch and resolve issues early
- Value Extraction: Measure and demonstrate ROI for initiatives, such as:
- Spend optimisation
- Attribution accuracy
- Reporting latency and quality
- Decision speed
- Stakeholder Communication: Be the single point of truth for:
- Roadmap status, realised value, and risk reports
- Business updates for marketing, analytics, finance, and senior leadership
- Stakeholder & Expectations Management:
- Set realistic scope and timelines
- Escalate risks and dependencies proactively
- Run roadmap reviews and showcases
- Influence across functions without relying on direct authority
- Vendor & Partner Relationships: Manage:
- Commercial & technical relationships with adtech/martech vendors (e.g., attribution platforms, tag management, programmatic partners)
- SLAs, renewals, roadmap alignment, and escalations
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to:
- Privacy, consent and regulatory constraints (GDPR, cookie consent, browser/platform changes)
- Collaboration with engineering and Compliance teams
- Strategic Insight: Stay ahead of measurement trends:
- Signal loss strategies
- Server-side and first-party data solutions
- Identity and clean room adoption
- Multi-variate modeling (MMM) and incrementality

Requirements & What You’ll Bring
You’ll excel by bringing proven experience and expertise, including:
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in:
- Product Owner / Programme Manager / Marketing Technology Lead
- Bridging commercial and technical teams—ideally in AdTech, MarTech, or digital marketing operations
- Deep commercial and technical knowledge of:
- Paid Search, Paid Social, Mobile App Marketing, including:
- Deciphering CPA, ROAS, and attribution models
- Measuring performance of Affiliate, Display, and Programmatic Ads
- Paid Search, Paid Social, Mobile App Marketing, including:
- Fluent awareness of:
- Marketing Data Stack: Tag Management (GTM, server-side GTM), tracking, attribution, and BI tools
- Data pipelines (e.g., Databricks), conversion platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Firebase), and reporting (Tableau)
- Capability to challenge and collaborate with engineers without requiring hands-on coding
- Proven product ownership skills, including:
- Writing detailed product roadmaps, backlog prioritisation, and Agile delivery frameworks
- Setting clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Data-led culture: Ability to:
- Define success metrics
- Demonstrate quantifiable outcomes (ROI, financial impact) from technical initiatives
- Stakeholder influence without direct authority:
- Expertise in expectation management across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to present to leadership effectively
- Vendor relationship management:
- Experience handling SLA, contract renewals, negotiations, and influencing supplier roadmaps
- Legal and compliance mastery:
- Privacy and consent regulations (GDPR, browser/platform changes)
- Nuance in measurement impacts from consenting and deprecations
- Commercial mindset:
- Proficiency in data’s business value
- Capability to craft credible business cases
