Acquisitions Manager, Residential Property Investment
Our client is a highly successful, data-driven property investment business specialising in the acquisition of vacant, distressed and value-add residential property opportunities across the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Acquisitions Manager to join their established and high-performing acquisitions team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded individual who enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals and driving results.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will take ownership of a substantial pipeline of opportunities, identify and secure property investments, and play a key role in the continued expansion of the business.
The Role:
As an Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing and developing a pipeline of property acquisition opportunities Researching, assessing and valuing potential investment opportunities Negotiating and structuring property acquisitions Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, agents, solicitors and other key stakeholders Managing transactions from initial enquiry through to completion Maintaining accurate records and activity within the CRM system Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team targets Supporting the ongoing growth and market presence of the business

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A proven track record within sales, acquisitions, property, investment or business development Demonstrable success in building and managing a profitable pipeline Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities The confidence to engage with a wide range of stakeholders A highly organised, proactive and results-driven approach Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform (advantageous) Property sector experience would be beneficial, but is not essential for candidates with a strong sales background
