Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Acquisition Manager based in the United Kingdom.
As an Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in driving global player growth and expanding market presence within the iGaming industry. You will develop and execute acquisition strategies, identify new commercial opportunities, and optimize performance across multiple channels. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to sustainable business growth through data-driven decisions and strategic partnerships. The role offers the opportunity to influence international expansion, improve customer acquisition journeys, and shape market strategies in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will join a collaborative global team that values transparency, adaptability, continuous improvement, and strong execution. This fully remote position provides flexibility while requiring collaboration during standard Central European working hours.
Accountabilities
As Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading acquisition initiatives, expanding into new markets, and improving commercial performance through strategic execution.
- Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing new market opportunities based on commercial potential, player behavior, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Developing and executing scalable market entry strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Building and maintaining relationships with affiliates, agencies, operators, and strategic partners to support business expansion.
- Monitoring competitor activity, industry developments, and commercial performance to identify new growth opportunities.
- Leading acquisition strategies across multiple channels, including affiliates, SEO, performance marketing, partnerships, community growth, and influencer marketing.
- Optimizing the acquisition funnel from registration through early player lifecycle stages, improving activation, retention, and long-term value.
- Analyzing performance data, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing initiatives to improve conversion rates and acquisition efficiency.
- Managing acquisition-related initiatives such as welcome offers, promotional mechanics, onboarding journeys, and messaging strategies.
- Collaborating with Product, CRM, Payments, SEO, Sales, and Customer Support teams to improve acquisition performance.
- Supporting and mentoring junior acquisition team members while ensuring operational excellence.
- Preparing reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to support business planning and decision-making.

Requirements
The ideal candidate brings:
- 3–5 years of experience in iGaming Acquisition, Commercial Growth, Performance Marketing, or Market Expansion.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling acquisition strategies across international markets.
- Previous experience managing, mentoring, or supporting acquisition teams.
- Strong knowledge of acquisition channels, including Affiliates, SEO, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, Community Growth, and Influencer Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial decisions.
- Experience optimizing acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and early customer lifecycle performance.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and improvement-focused mindset.
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, SEO/SEM strategies, brand protection, and BI platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is beneficial.
