Patreon
Patreon is a media and community platform where over 300,000 creators give their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their communities and build a lasting business, including paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live experiences, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases.
Ultimately, our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:
- $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception
- 100 million+ free new memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and
- 25 million+ fans paying each month for exclusive access to creators' work and community.
We’re continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the strongest team in the creator economy. As part of our goal to expand into Europe, we’re looking for an Acquisitions Manager to help drive creator growth, strengthen our regional presence in the DAC Region, and support our mission to empower creators to build sustainable businesses on Patreon.
This role is based in London.
About The Team
The Creator Acquisition team at Patreon is focused on helping the world’s digital creators launch sustainable businesses through membership and direct-to-fan community-building. We work directly with creators and their teams to launch and grow on Patreon, offering personalised support, proven best practice strategies, and the tools they need to succeed. Our mission is simple: to empower creators to own their work, deepen connections with their communities, and thrive creatively and financially on Patreon.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
