Acre Product Manager – Mortgage Brokerage
UK | Permanent
We’re working with a high‑growth mortgage brokerage and financial services business that’s investing heavily in its technology platform. They are now looking to appoint a CRM Product Manager to take ownership of their CRM system and shape how it supports advisers, case managers, and compliance teams across the mortgage journey.
This is a key hire, offering real product ownership and the chance to influence how a regulated brokerage operates day to day.
The Role
As CRM Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing development of a CRM platform designed specifically for a mortgage brokerage environment. You’ll act as the bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring the CRM delivers real value to brokers while meeting regulatory obligations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
