Join Actemium Automation (part of VINCI Energies) as a Graduate Project Manager and begin your career delivering engineering projects across manufacturing, utilities and industrial sectors. This is an exciting early-career opportunity for a motivated, organised and commercially aware graduate to support project delivery and grow into a fully competent Project Manager within a supportive, safety-focused environment.
Role Overview - Graduate Project Manager
As a Graduate Project Manager you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects from tender handover through to close-out. You will work closely with senior project managers, engineering, procurement and delivery teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget while developing technical and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities - Project Support, Coordination & Reporting
- Assist senior Project Managers with planning, scheduling and resource allocation
- Coordinate project activities between engineering, procurement, manufacturing and on-site teams
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports, risk registers and change notices
- Support cost control, invoice review and tracking against budget
- Attend site meetings and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers where required
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality procedures on all activities

What We're Looking For - Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- A recent graduate in Engineering, Project Management, Business or a related discipline
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with basic commercial awareness and an interest in project finance and control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project or similar is desirable
- Full UK driving licence preferred
