Senior Panel Wire Person
Actemium Automation Peterborough | VINCI Energies
Location: Peterborough (with travel)
Full-time Package: Competitive salary + pension, private healthcare, bonus, Share Scheme, training & development, wellbeing support.
About the Role:
Build, wire and test low-voltage control panels and switchgear. Ensure high-quality workmanship, support FATs and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire control panels to drawings
- Terminations, component mounting & cable dressing
- Continuity/functional testing & fault finding
- Interpret schematics & BOMs
- Ensure compliance with BS EN 61439 / BS 7671
- Support workshop safety, quality & improvement
About You:
- Proven industrial panel wiring/switchgear experience
- Strong schematic reading skills
- High attention to detail
- Good testing and diagnostic ability
- Knowledge of relevant standards
- IT-literate, mentoring experience beneficial
- Full UK driving licence
