We are recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead design and technical operations for our Whitehaven office. As Engineering Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our technical operations—guiding multi‑disciplinary teams, shaping engineering strategy and ensuring our projects are delivered with precision, quality and purpose.
You will:
- Champion engineering and design excellence across every stage of project delivery
- Lead, mentor and empower a talented engineering department
- Allocate expertise strategically to maximise capability and performance
- Build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners, becoming a key voice in project success
About You
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications with experience working on multi-disciplinary projects in nuclear or regulated industries.
- Proven experience leading diverse engineering teams (including site‑based or seconded staff)
- Strong understanding and implementation of relevant design codes, standards and procedures
