Are you passionate about maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement?
We're seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team, working closely with our SHEQ Manager to maintain and improve our quality assurance initiatives and business objectives. Join us and play a pivotal role in ensuring our services exceed customer expectations and maintain our reputation for excellence.
- Oversee all aspects of quality management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and alignment to ISO 19443.
- Develop and implement quality control systems to enhance product reliability and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor an engineering design team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, driving process improvements.
- Conduct regular system and project audits and inspections, ensuring that all operations meet our stringent quality criteria.

What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in quality management ideally within a highly regulated engineering design setting.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication abilities.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to quality challenges.
