About the Role
We’re looking for an Acting Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Douglas Court Care Home in Ivy Square, Derby. This full-time, permanent role with a pay rate of £13.39 per hour. Part of the family-run Adept Care Homes, Douglas Court Care Home is a purpose-built, 43-bed residential dementia care home providing high-quality residential and dementia care in a supportive, welcoming environment. About the Acting Senior Care Assistant role:
- Pay: £13.39 Per Hour
- Hours: 33 - 44 hours per week
- Shifts: Night Shifts: 19:00 - 07:00
- Weekend Working: Alternate Weekend Working Required

What we are looking for:
- NVQ Level 2 in Care (essential)
- NVQ Level 3 in Care (desirable)
- Previous care experience (essential)
- Previous Senior Care experience (desirable)
- Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
