Job Description

About the Role:

The Team Allwyn @ Hearts pioneering operating model has been designed with the following in mind:

  • That in a world where there are always multiple decisions and plans to be activated each week, short-term pressures can cause focus to move away from the medium and long term
  • That true agility is not always spontaneous; it requires operational design, it requires process, technology, and a framework for decision making.
  • That genuine business transformation simply doesn't happen without focus, effort, inspiration and the application of the right specialist skills.

Therefore, for us to excel, we need to help Allwyn succeed against all three areas simultaneously. The operating model is designed around 2 key hubs, Design & Delivery. These hubs have been recently streamlined (from 3) to ensure that long-term, mid-range & short-term priorities all benefit from clear focus, the right capabilities and make progress simultaneously. Each hub has a purpose-built set of capabilities and talent, alongside clear deliverables. This role would sit in the Delivery hub, parallel to the Digital Activation Lead, and reporting into the overarching Delivery Lead that sits across all.

Delivery Hub

We believe that great strategic thinking and media planning is nothing unless its is accurately and effectively made real in market. The best environments, brand safe, at the right time & right price.

The hub is purposely designed to deliver against Allwyn’s unique requirements and goes beyond expert traders and channel practitioners to include workflow management to co-ordinate & control rollover activity & plans. A dedicated QA and compliance function ensuring faultless placement, effective automated reporting and partner relationships.

Delivery Hub Superpower: Obsessed with optimisation and driving every inch of value from our investment. Relentlessly focused on accuracy and quality of placement. Seamless workflows and organisational excellence delivered at pace. Ensuring our media partners are as passionate about The National Lottery as we are

Capability blend: Traded Media delivery experts, Automated reporting and reporting lead, Investment integration, Driving cross channel optimisation and tactical plan co-ordination, compliance and QA, Workflow management, faultless finance process and attention to detail. You will be a strong relationship builder with experience of working with clients and agency teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
