💷 Pay: £13 per hour

⏰ Hours: Full time or part time hours available – alternative weekends included

About the Role

Be the heartbeat of our home!

As our Activities Coordinator, you’ll bring energy, fun, and inspiration to residents’ lives through creative, personalised activities. Responsibilities include organising social events, cultural programmes, one-to-one support, and outings to ensure residents stay active, engaged, and happy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating meaningful experiences that promote independence and wellbeing
  • Stimulating body and mind through planned and spontaneous activities
  • Supporting residents to remain active in the community
  • Collaborating with colleagues, families, and volunteers
  • Driving the Avante minibus for outings (as needed)
  • Coordinating group and 1:1 activities tailored to individual interests
  • Ensuring high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy

About You

We’re looking for:

  • A caring, compassionate, and motivating individual
  • Someone creative, energetic, and organised
  • Flexibility and confidence in coordinating activities
  • Experience planning and delivering recreational or wellbeing activities (helpful but not required)
  • A genuine passion for improving residents’ lives
