About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents. Our ethos is about celebrating life, so you'll devise imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability. An extremely rewarding role, part of your time will involve:
- Getting to know our residents and their families
- Creating tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone's wellbeing, independence, and social engagement

About You
You'll need to bring:

- Experience in similar roles would be ideal, but is not essential
