About the Role
As an Activities Assistant at Barchester care home, you’ll deliver imaginative, fun, and varied activities to ensure residents can enjoy an environment that is motivational and fulfilling. Our goal is to support each individual in pursuing their favourite interests, giving you a meaningful impact on their lives.
The Activities Assistant role involves:
- Designing and delivering a diverse entertainment and activities programme
- Organising a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings, and events
- Ensuring that every resident can live as independently as possible
- Enhancing residents’ connections with their family, friends, and local community
