Location: Stockport, SK3 OTX
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am -5:00pm, remaining flexible as required.

Role Overview:
Do you have a passion for bringing joy, stimulation, and companionship to older people?
We're looking for a creative, compassionate, and energetic Activities Co-ordinator to join our dedicated team at Plane Tree Court.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and lead a wide variety of activities (arts & crafts, games, music, gentle exercise, outings, reminiscence sessions, etc.)
- Encourage resident participation and adapt activities for individual needs
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, care staff, and external providers to enrich the resident experience.
- Ensure all activities are delivered safely, in line with safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and ensure updates are reflected in residents’ care plans.
- Foster a warm and inclusive atmosphere.

Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their wellbeing.
- Kind, patient, and a natural motivator.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for developing varied and inclusive activity programmes.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently, with strong time management.
- A full UK driving licence is a plus (for occasional trips out)
