Activities Coordinator – Fenwick, East Ayrshire
Salary: £13.60 per hour Contract: 37.5 hours per week Benefits:
- Paid PVG scheme check

About the Role
As the Activities Coordinator in our welcoming care home located in Fenwick, East Ayrshire, you’ll be instrumental in creating engaging, person-centred activities that foster wellbeing, independence, and social connections.
You’ll design and deliver a dynamic programme of group and individual activities tailored to each resident’s interests, abilities, and care needs—especially those living with dementia. Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills are essential to ensure inclusive participation for everyone.

What You’ll Bring
- An enthusiastic, creative, and organised mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience or ability to plan and deliver engaging activities
- A passion for supporting older people and enhancing their quality of life
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous activities coordinators or equivalent roles preferred, but transferable skills (e.g., from hospitality, events, childcare, or community work) are celebrated.
