Position: Activities Team Member

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal

Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour, depending on age

Join our One Great Team at Haven as an Activities Team Member, where you’ll help create memories that last a lifetime for our guests and owners.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Activities Team Member. In this role, you will help deliver a variety of exciting activities for our guests. If you are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and love working in an active, outdoor setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, operation, and take-down of daily activities, ensuring safety and readiness for guests.
  • Engage with guests of all ages, providing friendly guidance, encouragement, and assistance during activities.
  • Deliver safety briefings and ensure guests understand proper equipment use, adhering to park guidelines.
  • Assist with activities such as climbing walls, high ropes, archery, and other adventure programs while offering tips and encouragement.
  • Maintain activity areas to ensure they remain clean, organised, and well-maintained throughout the day.
  • Report any equipment or safety issues promptly to the management team.

Requirements

  • A positive, energetic attitude and a love for outdoor and physical activities.
  • Strong communiccation skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages.
  • A high commitment to safety, following and enforcing all guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, sports, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.

Note: Candidates must be 18 years and over to apply and will need to complete an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting.
